Salary: Up to �55k p.a. (�60k after 3-6 month salary review)

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading precision engineering company that specialises in high-quality machining solutions for sectors including aerospace, defence, and motorsport. With a focus on innovation and excellence, the company uses cutting-edge technology and is currently expanding its team. They are looking for a talented and driven 5-Axis CNC Programmer setter to join their workshop and work on state-of-the-art milling�machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online/Offline programming, setting, and operating 5-axis milling machines.


• Use of CAD/CAM software.


• Using various�controls�for efficient and precise machining (training provided if you haven't got their controls experience).


• Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.


• Optimising machining processes for improved production and quality.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in 5-axis CNC programming and setting.


• No main controls experience is required, as training can�be provided for the right candidate.


• Solid understanding of machining techniques and problem-solving in a high-precision environment.


• Familiarity with CAM software is a plus.
