A growing Manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Programmer to join their well-established workshop.

Role Description

• To create a robust process and informing the shop floor manager of the cycle time to input into the system
• Create the tooling sheet and programme and determine as the process for the new job
• Create the programme on a fixed template to ensure the machine can run to appropriate metrics
• Take responsibility for updating the tooling sheet, ensuring jobs are logged onto the system
• Ensure tooling kits are prepared and available for the following day
• Train and support other people whenever necessary when doing the job

Skills and Qualifications
* 4-5 years experience in the manufacturing environment
* Comprehensive knowledge of the machine controls used within the section
* Must be able to programme Mazak controlled machines
* Strong understanding of safe working practices
