Murray Myers Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled CNC Setter, Operator, and Programmer to join our esteemed client in West Bromwich. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a supportive team environment, focusing on vertical machining centres.
Role Requirements:
Tool Room Experience:
Essential for this position.
Machine Setting:
Proficiency in setting multiple machines, specifically Hartford and Correa (3 machines in total).
Controllers:
Familiarity with Heidenhain controllers is required.
Team Structure:
The successful candidate will work as part of a team but will be the sole operator of the milling machines.
Benefits:
Overtime:
Currently available.
Pension:
Auto-enrolment with a 5% employee contribution and a 3% employer contribution. An enhanced option is also available with a 6% contribution from both employee and employer.
Parking:
On-site parking is available.
Work Schedule:
5 days a week, single shift, totaling 38 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday:
7:00 am to 4:00 pm (0.5-hour lunch break).
Friday:
7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Software Used:
Autodesk Power Mill.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 5 years of tool room experience.
Salary:
£16 - £18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
