The Role:

As a CNC Setter Operator, you will:

• Set and operate CNC Milling, Turning, or other production machines.


• Produce accurate, high-quality components to drawing tolerance and specifications.


• Plan and specify tooling requirements, including jigs and fixtures.


• Make tool changes, amendments, and minor program changes.


• Inspect your own components, including first offs and in cycle.


• Maintain a neat and tidy working area, adhering to 5S and general housekeeping standards.


• Report faults to the Coordinator or Engineers promptly.


• Adhere to production schedules as instructed.

The Candidate:

To be successful as a CNC Setter Operator, you should have:

• 2+ years of experience working in a factory, specifically with VMC/VMG machinery.


• Strong problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• A positive, professional, and "can do" attitude.
