Are you an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter looking for a fantastic opportunity in a well-established, family-run precision engineering company? The Role: Join a busy and friendly manufacturing team, producing precision components in medium batches according to production schedules. This role provides an excellent rate of pay, regular overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Programming, setting, and operating CNC fixed head turning centres (Fanuc or similar experience preferred but not essential).
Ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout production.
What Were Looking For: Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment.
Experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating (training available for the right candidate).
A flexible attitude and the ability to work well in a small, close-knit team.
