CNC Turner

Overview of the Company:

Our client in Finchamstead are now recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter and operator on either a contract basis or permanent position�

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, Set and operate CNC Turning machines to produce high-quality parts using Mazatrol�controls


• Program, set and operate Mazak Nexus 150 Lathe�


• Previous experience working with Mazak and Mazatrol is essential


• Create and load program, set and operate machinery


• Understand technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision in production.


• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.


• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CNC Turning and knowledge of technical drawings and specifications.


• Experience using Mazatrol systems or Mazak lathes


• Ability to program, operate, set up, troubleshoot and maintain CNC Turning machines.


• Good understanding of machining principles and practices.


• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Full Time�

Monday to Friday

40hr week

Day or night shift

�20-22 per hour, negotiable depending on experience

Overtime is unlimited
