CNC Turner

Overview of the Company:

Our client in Aberdeen are now recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner and Miller, Programmer, Setter and operator on their Doosan machines

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, Set and operate CNC Turning machines to produce high-quality parts using Fanuc controls


• Previous experience working with Doosan Lynx, Doosan Puma lathes�


• Create and load program, set and operate machinery


• Understand technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision in production.


• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.


• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CNC Turning and knowledge of technical drawings and specifications.


• Experience using Fanuc controls


• Ability to program, operate, set up, troubleshoot and maintain CNC Turning�machines.


• Good understanding of machining principles and practices.


• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Full Time�

Monday to Friday

40hr week 7am-3.30pm mon-fri

Day shift

Flexibility�

�22-28�per hour, negotiable depending on experience
