Job Description:

�The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts for various industries. The role will involve working with high-precision machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet strict specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning machines.


• Interpret engineering drawings and program machines accordingly.


• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure optimal quality.


• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet tolerances and specifications.


• Troubleshoot any issues with the CNC turning machines and perform basic maintenance.


• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.


• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.


• Keep accurate records of work completed and parts produced.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with a strong understanding of CNC machining techniques.


• Proficient in programming CNC lathes (FANUC, Siemens, or similar).


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ideally, experience with a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites.


• A proactive attitude with a desire for continuous improvement.
