Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner - Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience programming, setting and operating Mazatrol controls or Mazak lathes to produce high-quality engineering plastics and coatings.�

Responsibilities

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines using Mazatrol controls or Mazak lathes.


• Producing components from engineering plastics and coatings to meet precise specifications and quality standards.


• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure products meet required tolerances and finishes.


• Collaborating with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines with Mazatrol controls or Mazak lathes.


• Experience working with engineering plastics and coatings.


• Strong understanding of machining principles and quality control processes.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Day-to-day

• Programming CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.


• Setting up machines, selecting and changing tooling as necessary.


• Operating CNC machines to produce components within specified tolerances and surface finishes.


• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.
