Alecto Recruitment is in continued partnership with an established Precision Engineering business based in Bristol who are continuing to grow organically.

The company is looking to recruit a CNC Workshop Supervisor to help drive Production forward and assist with continued growth.

Investment is being made on the shopfloor, and it will be the successful persons role to ensure that the workshop is running at the intended capacity at all times.
With new machines, comes new people! You will have involvement in the growth of the department moving forwards.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Machinist who is looking for progression, or someone who has experience within a Supervisor (Similar) role.

With 3 and 4 axis machining capabilities, and 5 axis machining centres being invested in, it is essential that the right person be skilled in the following:

• CAD CAM Knowledge/Experience
• Programming, setting and operating 3, 4 and 5 axis machines
• Experience with Haas would be an advantage

Salary: �38,500 - �42,500 per annum

Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 Monday-Thursday, Friday 07:30-12:30

25 days Holiday + Bank Holiday
Monthly Bonus scheme
Overtime available - 1.5x hourly rate
