CNC Workshop Supervisor

Maxwell Consultancy are working with a well established workshop in their search for a CNC Workshop Supervisor.  This is a full-time, permanent position working dayshift Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays).  The company work across various different sectors including Aerospace and Oil & Gas.  The role is suited to someone who is worked in senior management or experienced machinists ready to take the next step in their career.

What's required?

• Time served Machinist


• Minimum 6 years experience as Machinist


• Oversee both CNC and manual machinists within the workshop


• Customer facing responsibilities


• Programming knowledge (both online and offline advantageous)


• Adhere to KPI's within the workshop 


• Work towards continuous improvement methods


• Coach and develop the team


• Coordinating with the Production Planner


• Ensuring machine maintenance, availability of material and tooling

What to expect?

• Overtime available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays


• Huge scope for increasing take home pay with overtime - Circa £61,000
