Coach Builder

Position: Coach Builder
Location: Blackburn
Salary: �39,000 - �44,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and restore buses following accidents or damage, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
• Carry out structural repairs, bodywork, and panel replacements as required.
• Inspect buses for faults and wear, and provide necessary maintenance to keep them in top working order.
• Work closely with the team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to company specifications.
• Maintain and use tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure all work complies with industry safety regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Coach Builder, ideally in the bus or automotive industry.
• Ability to repair and rebuild bus bodies and components to a high standard.
• Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and repair techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
