We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coatings Operator to join our client’s team in the Coatings department. This role involves shift-based work, working Monday to Friday and is based in Bar Hill.
Main Duties:
* Prepare customer work for coating, including cleaning, blasting, and stopping off.
* Load production efficiently using jigs and fixtures, following production plans.
* Prepare and operate coating chambers, ensuring they are ready for production.
* Conduct testing of production loads and review data logs to maintain quality.
* Pack and dispatch finished goods according to specifications.
Successful Candidate:
* Demonstrates a strong commitment to health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
* Is capable of following detailed company operating procedures and process specifications.
* Possesses good practical skills and attention to detail.
* Contributes to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
