Due to the nature of the role, we will only be able to consider candidates with direct Automotive work experience. We are only able to consider candidates on an inside IR35 basis.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:On-Cycle Programme content delivery (Cockpit) to Quality, Cost & Timing targetsOff-Cycle non-Programme commodity strategy and technology roadmap creation, maintenance and deliveryContribution to the department knowledge collation and transfer for Cockpit related topicsLead, coach and develop junior members of the team (assigned directly to support this role or not)What we are looking for:An individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable.An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
