Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coffee Service Manager to join our team in Hertfordshire. This office-based role involves overseeing all the London Coffee Engineers, ensuring that they provide top-notch service to our clients. As the Coffee Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our team of engineers to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of coffee service engineers based in London.

Ensure all service and maintenance activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Monitor and evaluate engineer performance, providing guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate and schedule engineer assignments and workloads.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any service-related issues promptly.

Implement and oversee training programs for engineers.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing service engineers in the coffee industry.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in using service management software and tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of coffee machine maintenance and repair processes.
