Job Description for Coffee Shop Supervisor

Hours: 27.5 per week������� �12.00- �13 per hour

7.5 �on a Thursday is essential

20 hours for 4 other days of the week where required.

Needs:

• Supervision experience


• Catering/coffee shop experience essential with a minimum food hygiene level 2


• Good organizational skills


• Flexibility with hours and days of work

• The coffee shop supervisor's overall role is to communicate the business needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the business so that each is successful.


• Oversee staff, monitoring the quality of food and coffee being served and ensuring that all sales are recorded accurately.


• Order and manage stock.


• Manage buffet preparation and delivery along with additional beverages ordered with room hire from the charity.
