Job Title: Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT)�

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Deliver evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients with a range of mental health needs, working within NHS guidelines.

  Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions tailored to individual needs.

  Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to patient care plans and outcomes.

  
  

Position Details:

• Location: Coventry


• Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week


• Contract Duration: 12 months from start date


• Rate: �30.44 per hour


• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in psychology, social work, counselling, mental health nursing, psychotherapy, or a related field (desirable)


• Post Graduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy


• Full accreditation in CBT, including those who completed post-graduate training via the KSA route
