• Contacting customers to discuss outstanding payments
• Negotiating and setting up repayment plans tailored to their circumstances
• Providing guidance on financial solutions while ensuring fair treatment
• Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and empathetically
• Updating customer records accurately on the system
• Adhering to industry regulations and company policies
