The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our statutory accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and cash management. This critical role requires close collaboration with our UK Group Finance team, internal auditors, and external auditors to ensure all regulatory matters are met. The Finance Manager will be a key member of the Operations Team based in Riyadh, reporting directly to, and working closely with the General Manager. As the guardian of our financial systems and data integrity, you will provide essential support to the Chief Finance and Compliance Officer (CFCO) and the Group Finance Controller (GFC).
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Lead the production of LCI financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Leadership: Manage and mentor a small finance team, ensuring consistency and quality in financial information and advice.
Compliance: Oversee tax regularity, including Corporation tax, VAT returns, and WHT, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.
Cash Management: Handle cashflow forecasting and maintain effective relationships with banks and external stakeholders.
Audit Management: Lead external audits, addressing queries, and ensuring timely year-end financial closure.
Management Accounting: Provide accurate management accounting information to support group account consolidation.
Capital Expenditure: Report on LCI capital expenditure and work with the Group Management Accountant on forecasts and budgets.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the UK Group Finance team to streamline processes and integrate data from other systems.
Training and Development: Produce guidance documents and training materials on financial accounting matters.
Regulatory Updates: Keep finance colleagues updated with any changes in regulatory requirements.
Salary Package:
Base salary SAR20,000 per month TAX FREE
Housing allowance SAR 5,000 per month TAX FREE
Transportation allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE
Flight allowance SAR 500 per month TAX FREE

Job requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential: Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with over 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and SORP. Understanding of the education sector.
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and effective organizational skills. Experience in leading a finance team and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Experience: Production of annual statutory accounts for large complex organizations, VAT and Corporate Tax knowledge, and experience in both the education sector and another industry
