We are looking to engage with FE specialists around Cumbria who are interested in SEN Learner Support work opportunities at Carlisle College.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you must be passionate about providing support to students with additional needs and making a positive impact on their life.

You will work with individual learners aged 16-19 to provide tailored support and assistance throughout their time at college. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents is crucial.

We are looking for individuals who have proven experience working with young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and challenging behaviours.

A range of part-time and full oportunites will be available. 

To be considered, you must hold appropriate educational or related qualifications and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
