College Services Manager
We are looking for a College Services Manager to join our team.
As a College Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the team to ensure the effective and efficient administration of all processes and procedures. This role will initially focus on University Progression and Enrolment at host University.
This is an excellent opportunity for a College Services Advisor or Student Services Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
College Services Manager - What you’ll bring to the role

Experience of working in an educational or service driven environment.
*
An understanding of supporting the needs of international students.
*
A proven track record in leading teams to deliver excellent customer service.
*
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to a wide audience.
*
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines through careful management of team workloads and individual projects.
*
The ability to respond positively and lead teams through periods of change.
*
Commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
*
A sound understanding and experience of working within the frameworks of relevant regulatory bodies, preferably the UKVI and OfS.
*
Excellent IT skills including advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
*
Experience of database management is desirable.

The role is based at Kaplan International College London (KIC London), a vibrant university pathways college where students from more than 80 countries come to prepare for entry onto undergraduate or postgraduate courses at one of our 7 prestigious university partners. Following a recent major refurbishment project, KIC London offers students a beautiful, state-of-the-art study environment, with a range of learning spaces which encourage both collaboration and independence.
