Commercial Account Manager





A great opportunity for a dynamic and skilled Commercial Account Manager to join the commercial team of a prestigious client. This role is based in Hertford and is a prime opportunity for individuals with a background in Commercial insurance eager to further enhance their skills within a leading organization.
Ideal candidates should possess experience working in the Commercial Insurance industry - ideally 2+ years.
You are required to have a full UK driving license for this position.

Your Key Responsibilities:




  • Collaborating with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, manage contract reviews, and handle midterm changes

  • Build your own pipeline and clientele.

  • Aiming to achieve targets in partnership with Account Executives.

  • Providing comprehensive account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met according to agreed standards.

  • Handling all queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments efficiently.

  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and team members to deliver superior service and drive growth.

  • Serving as a direct contact for clients, addressing their needs and answering inquiries to enhance client satisfaction.



What You Need to Have:




  • Essential experience in Commercial Insurance sector

  • An ambitious nature and a strong team player.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.



What Makes You Stand Out:




  • Cert CII qualification is advantageous.
