🔹 Who They're Looking For

→ A Commercial Account Executive with a solid track record OR a Broker looking to step up within 6-12 months
→ Experience across general commercial insurance (not niche-specific)
→ Acturis experience preferred but not essential
→ Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive mindset
