Commercial Account Handler

An opportunity for an experienced commercial broker to manage a client book effectively by offering a high standard of service to new an existing clients.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with all clients


• respond quickly to all client enquiries and provide appropriate advice


• Assist the client and claims team as appropriate with any questions


• Ensure that all systems are kept accurate and up to date


• Ensure that all renewals are carried out on a timely basis


• Provide the broking manager with any assistance


• Provide training to other members of staff where appropriate
