🔹 The Role
→ Support Account Executives with managing a portfolio of commercial clients
→ Process renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
→ Liaise with clients to collect underwriting information and ensure a smooth service
→ Negotiate terms and cover with insurers to secure the best outcomes
→ Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and regulatory standards
→ Assist with claims communication between clients and internal teams
→ Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes
🔹 Who They're Looking For
→ Experience in commercial insurance account handling
→ Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
→ Confident communicator with excellent client service abilities
→ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
→ Familiarity with FCA compliance and insurance processes
