Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Commercial Account Manager, for a client to work from any of their manned regional depots. Joining their Bulk Sales Team to support the business's continued success and growth. Our client is a privately owned liquid fuel distributor operating out of 14 regional depots and is ranked as the 4th largest oil distributor in mainland UK.Servicing a diverse regional customer base including commercial, agricultural, the armed forces, MOD, the emergency services, Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance, councils and domestic homeowners. The position involves new business prospecting to generate new buying accounts, managing existing customer accounts whilst further developing a portfolio of customers that purchase bulk liquid fuel products on a regional and national basis.Being a highly transactional business, the role will evolve into relationship management and day-to-day account management. The successful management of the portfolio will involve CRM management with outbound and inbound call management, ensuring that we exceed customer expectations through our market-leading customer service and account management.We are willing to consider candidates who live anywhere in the country, if this is close to one of our client's manned offices you would be working from there or alternatively, home working can be accommodated for the right candidate.Commercial Account Manager Main Duties and Responsibilities:Source and convert potential customers into retained buying accounts.Take incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospects, existing and lapsed customers.Quote logging and order processing to ensure consistency in service levels and delivery.Liaise with Credit and Transport to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.Assist with the management of other sales portfolios and Domestic accounts during holiday, sickness and busy periods.Accurately Input data into computer system and ensure customer account details are maintained and up to date with key contact details.Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner.Commercial Account Manager Applicants:Experience in B2B sales and/or account managementPrevious experience in the fuel industry would be advantageous but not a prerequisiteTarget and results driven in a challenging and fast paced Sales environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skills with a determination to succeedExcellent customer service skills, verbal and writtenAbility to listen, interpret and process information accuratelyGood IT skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft Office packagesAbility to organise workload and manage time effectivelySelf-motivated and ability to work effectively as part of a teamProven sales and account management background preferableCompetitive salary, bonus structure and benefits packageOpportunities for personal development and progression within the companyA collaborative, professional and supportive work environmentCompany Benefits:OTE £35,000 - £55,000. £25,000 to £35,000 basic plus commission.Benefits Package including company pension scheme, death in service, health cash plan, annual discretionary bonus, BUPA PMI after 1 years' service.33 days holiday including Bank Hols.Opportunities for personal development and growth within the company.A collaborative, professional and supportive work environment.This role is office-based, working 40 hours per week.Candidates may also be interested in Commercial Sales, B2B Sales, Account Manager, Account Management, New Business, Customer Service, Commercial Account Manager, Relationship Management, B2C Sales, Sales.JBRP1_UKTJ
