Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for a Commercial Administrator for our client located in Newtownabbey
This role is full time, and temporary for 2-3 months
In your new role as a Commercial Administrator, you will be responsible for Reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will provide a professional an efficient service for the commercial department controlling the purchase ledger process, from purchase orders, processing delivery tickets to the reconciliation of supplier invoices
As Commercial Assistant your day to day will include:
Processing delivery tickets
Ordering materials
Completing purchase requisition`s
Completing requests for new accounts
Resolving invoice queries
Coding support plant and entering on computerised costing system
Other general administrative duties required
Criteria
Experience with data input and administration
Relevant experience in a purchase ledger role
Good IT Skills in Excel/Word and Outlook.
The hourly rate of this role will be paid at �12.82 per hour
