Key Points Exciting fast growing start up in the FinTech spaceBasic Salary of £42K with £60K OTE£55m worth of funding in 2022!500% year on year growth since 2021Hybrid working – With offices in Central LondonEquity options after 6 months!About The Company The company is a fast scaling VC-backed FinTech company disrupting credit within financeFounded in 2021 our client has already been able to create a huge client base – growing 500% year on year!Main mission of the company is to help business spread the cost of any invoice they receive whilst also advancing cash to SMB’sOver 4,500 businesses funded and over £100m in approved funding!About the Role Building relationships with UK commercial brokers to educate and inform of your service offeringHelping to onboard brokers to the portal and provide any necessary supportClosely and proactively working with brokers to generate and pursue business leadsOutbound sales and account management, to onboard new brokers to their portfolio as well as appropriately managing existing brokersGenerating consistent revenue for the business About the Candidate Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial broking – and looking to take that to the next level!Someone who is passionate about working in a start up environment and has a hunger to be successfulFantastic communication skills – both in person and over the phoneStrong desire to progress and potentially lead a team within the companyAbility to be able to work towards weekly and monthly targetsSalary / Package / Benefits.
