The Company

A well-established engineering company that specialises in servicing the finest catering equipment.�

The Role

My client is looking for a Field Service Engineer due to the rapid growth of the company. You will be visiting sites in your region managing installs, repairs and maintenance tasks.�

Duties:

Providing service and customer support during field visits

Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks

Diagnosing errors in technical problems�

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Build a positive relationship with customers

Ensure all work is carried out in line with current company Health & Safety requirements

Correct administration of a company, client, and third-party procedures and protocols�

The Candidate

1-year minimum with the food/catering equipment industry�

Comcats ideal but an ACS gas cert is fine�

Strong electrical knowledge�

Full clean UK driver's license

Strong technical service understanding�

An effective communicator�

The Package

The salary offered for this position is �37,000 plus plenty of overtime and OTE of �50,000 to a candidate that can meet all key qualifications and abilities.�

Includes company van, tools, test equipment, company credit card, PPE and uniform.�
