Commercial Change Manager - Water/MEICA

TRIbuild Solutions are looking for an experienced Commercial Change Management Expert/Consultant�for a MEICAT specialist to the Water and civil engineering industry.

The Role:

A Change Expert. This role is for someone that has an organised mind, that can be task based and close down actions. Knows Contracts to identify change and knows how to notify and can price change. You must have a good demeanour and be able to negotiate to close out and get Change values agreed i.e. can work around the issues to come up with resolutions.

Specific Tasks:

• Take on the aged Change / WIP and get agreements with the clients.


• Tidy up the aged Change / WIP reporting so we can identify what actions need to be done.


• Agree actions and follow through.


• Monitor current projects for change, liaising with the Operations team, notify the client, quantify up and get agreement with the client.


• Track all actions on Change.


• Put in place processes to carry out Change effectively in this organisation.


• Get Change in a place so it is being identified, notified and agreed with the clients, past and future.
