Commercial Claims Executive

We are currently recruiting for a well-known insurance group, who have a rarely available opportunity come up to join them as a Commercial Claims Executive on their Commercial claims team.

You will be responsible managing your own portfolio of claims which will be made up of a range of commercial risks, handling Financial Lines, Commercial Property and Liability claims for clients across UK, Ireland and Europe.

This is a varied role within the London Market Broking claims team, consisting of but not limited to the following:

Presenting claims to Insurers via email and ECF, corresponding with solicitors, loss adjustors and Brokers to discuss new and outstanding claims, registering claims and First Notice of Loss “FNOL”, day to day handling Property, Casualty and Financial Lines claims, preparation and presentation of claims bordereaux.

You will also be required to proactively manage a diary of open claims to reduce claim lifecycles as well as any other ad-hoc tasks that may be required from time to time. You will also be required to build and maintain relationships with aligned wholesale brokers.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 2 years plus commercial claims experience, with strong Liability claims experience essential to be able to be considered. They are happy to train on the other lines of business. ECF experience would be a bonus if you already have London market experience!

You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £35-40k, dependant on experience. 28 days holiday, and an extensive benefits package, are also available!!!

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with you needing to be in the London office 2/3 days a week, working from home for the remainder of the week.
