We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our busy Team. The Commercial Contract Manager plays a critical role in our Sales & Commercial Team. The main purpose of the role is to deliver the successful execution and management of our power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts ensuring customer satisfaction, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Contract Manager include:

Contract Management

  • Oversee a portfolio of active contracts for PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS solutions.
  • Evaluate contract proposals and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Monitor contract performance against SLAs, managing and mitigating risks.
  • Amend and renew contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Resolve disputes and implement strategies to optimize contract lifecycle management.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and New Business Managers.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved in contract execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and customer stakeholders.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Analyze contract data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, managing issues proactively.

Compliance & Security

  • Support regulatory compliance, health and safety, environmental, business continuity, and information security arrangements.

The successful Commercial Contract Manager will have:

  • 3-5 years in contract management, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
  • Proficient in contract management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile infrastructure landscape.
  • Education & Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage customer expectations.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
