Commercial Counsel – FTC – ASAP Start

Taylor Root is working with a private equity backed, US headquartered, established brand, who are looking for an interim commercial counsel within their legal team. Reporting into the Regional General Counsel, this is a role where you ll be working on a breadth of commercial contracts across all areas of the business. This role will involve actively maintaining and managing the contract database, and providing commercial and pragmatic advice on all UK commercial and contractual matters. Experience required: Ideally 4-7 years experience; In-house experience is desirable; Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills; Experience delivering advice pragmatically; Strong stakeholder management skills; Proactive, hands-on approach; Excellent interpersonal skills.
