As Commercial Customer Advisor within a growing team of Insurance professionals, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local Insurance business.
Ensuring their Customers always receive exceptional customer service, you will handle enquiries, provide insurance quotations explaining the benefits of policies and undertake insurance transactions with a 'can-do' enthusiasm.
Also following full training, you will be able to cross sell general Commercial Insurance and Financial Services products to existing clients and assist with renewal retention by using your excellent telephone manner to make the most of every call.
