Ethos BeathChapman are working with a well renowned home appliances manufacturer to find a consultant Commercial Growth Lead. You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating and executing strategies to increase sales, and manage relationships with customers and partners.Reporting to the Managing Director, the Commercial Growth Lead owns, develops, implements, and monitors the long-term sales strategy whilst aligning to key business priorities. This will be demonstrated through understanding the strategy’s financial measures, reporting against these and mitigating risks and demonstrating flexibility to deliver solutions throughout this evolving process.The role calls for a detailed understanding of our commercial marketplace based on data-driven analysis and recommendation. Experience within consumer electronics is a huge benefit.You will show drive and determination to succeed working independently and as part of a high performing team.You are a strong communicator, both with internal and external key stakeholders. You will be pivotal in bringing together detailed information, sharing cross functionally and contributing to many forums in the ownership of this role.Based in the North West of England, this role offers a hybrid working patter, where you’ll be in the office 3 days a week and work from home the other days for the duration of the 6 month fixed term contract.
