Description

• Lead and manage commercial activities within the Property division.
• Drive the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
• Oversee financial management within the Construction department to ensure profitability.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Provide strategic direction to the commercial team.
• Ensure all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost and volume targets.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and manage marketing efforts to realise business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Commercial Director should have:

• An educational background in Business, Finance, or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven track record of commercial success in the construction industry is essential.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary in the range of �81,000 - �99,000 per annum however will be open to other offers
