Commercial Director

We are currently seeking a Commercial Director,�on behalf of a privately owned House Builder that is based in the Lincolnshire area.�

This role is hands on and�would suit a Commercial Manager or Managing QS seeking to further their career or, a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is seeking progression.�

Coming from a House Building background, you will assume financial responsibility for all site activities within the business,�report directly to the MD and lead by example in terms of quantity surveying duties.�

The business in question�is a land rich, privately owned, award winning (NHBC/LABC) house builder that operates within the Lincolnshire & Peterborough areas and who produces some (Apply online only) traditional build units, with no plans to expand on this - which is quite refreshing in today's market.
