Position Overview The Commercial Excellence Manager (CEM) will be primarily responsible for driving sales force effectiveness across the UK, Ireland and Nordic countries, for current and future tests. The main function of this role will be to enhance and elevate our sales capabilities and the performance of the commercial teams through fostering a culture of sales force effectiveness across the organization.  The CEM will work in close collaboration with the International Training Manager, Marketing Manager and National Sales Manager to deliver and implement the Commercial Excellence plan. The role reports to the Country Manager, United Kingdom, Ireland, & Nordics Key business partners; Training Manager, Field Operations Manager, Country Manager/Sales Manager & Business Leads, Marketing Manager, INTL Marketing Team, International Commercial Excellence Manager. This role is based in the UK, London office. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Implementation of the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities. Lead, with National Sales Manager, on Sales force performance, measurement and continuous improvement. Lead and drive SFE culture and philosophy across all markets. Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics. Work collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Excellence team to deliver cross functional projects. Co-ordinate with the international team on market research strategy and implantation. Lead and influence without direct authority and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Drive tough decision-making while balancing business goals, technical implications, and timelines. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company’s policies and procedures. Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviours for the organization. Travel Requirements: 30%+ Travel. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years’ commercial experience, ideally within sales, marketing and commercial excellence Can demonstrate implementation of sales force effectiveness projects with commercial outputs. Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives. Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva), and their implementation. Demonstrated ability to influence and recommend solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Strong team working skills within a matrix organisation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines. Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to see the big picture. Excellent change management and issue resolution skills with the ability to deliver results. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized and self-motivated. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
