Commercial Finance Broker:




  • An independent, highly successful commercial finance brokerage is looking to expand the team. They are looking for a Commercial Finance Broker who is enthusiastic and has sales experience. They are a rapidly growing business, sourcing commercial finance solutions to the SME marketplace.



Role Responsibilities:




  • The Commercial Finance Broker will be responsible for sourcing and managing their own lending opportunities. They will also work within the company's accountancy group.

  • They will be able to follow up with leads and have direct leads which are produced by the brokerage.



The brokerage sources the following products:




  • Business Loans

  • Invoice Discounting

  • Merchant Cash Advance

  • Asset Finance

  • Property Finance



Main Duties:




  • Have a keen passion for sales and be professional when sourcing finance solutions for clients.

  • Be able to prioritise multiple tasks.

  • Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and prospects to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Must be self-motivated and have a passion for financial success.

  • Full compliance training and support will be provided so you can feel confident in the products you are sourcing.



The Role:




  • The Commercial Finance Broker will have weekly and monthly meetings with your heads of to track success.

  • Access to an extensive panel of lenders which the company has put together over time and continues to grow as needs arise.

  • You will have the ability to add any lenders you feel would be beneficial.

  • Admin and senior support to assist with funding applications.

  • Warm leads will be shared from the accountancy practice. As well as your own client base, we can provide additional data on requests for you to target.

  • A successful candidate needs to be a financially driven individual, this is a role for the harder you work the more you make.
