Commercial Finance Business Partner £70,000 to £75000 with bonus and benefits Telecommunication Reading (hybrid working) A well-known telecommunication company are hiring a Commercial Finance Business Partner reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance. The company are fast growing, very well-established organisation looking for the right person for the newly created role. The role will report into the Head of Commercial Finance where you will business partner with key stakeholders across business development team and wider business. You will be required to use sound commercial acumen with the ability to translate commercial discussions into financial models alongside having the gravitas to influence strategic decisions. The role will require you to support business cases and perform financial modelling/analysis on new business opportunities and investment decisions. You will be in charge of the overall financial management for key revenue stream including creating monthly financial reporting and insight to support understanding and drive growth. The Finance Business Partner will require a strong business analysis, financial planning and reporting skills that generate business insights that add measurable value. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). You will need to have strong attention to detail, be pro-active and have great stakeholder engagement. A telecommunication experience will be an advantage but not essential. Candidates should have a proven track record and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is looking to pay a strong basic salary plus generous bonus and benefits. Flexible working is encouraged and welcomed though the offices are based in Reading.
