As a Commercial Finance Sales Broker, you'll combine your sales expertise with a consultative approach to help businesses find the right finance solutions. With on-target earnings of minimum £70000 in year one, this role offers you the financial freedom to step onto the property ladder. About the Role:

You'll be at the forefront of our client's sales efforts, handling:

Inbound and outbound sales: Prospect and engage with new clients, build rapport, and secure deals by understanding their needs and presenting tailored finance solutions.
Documentation and collaboration: Assist clients in gathering financial and non-financial paperwork, preparing credit applications, and liaising with lender partners to deliver results.
Pipeline building: Track leads, maintain a robust pipeline, and uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Client renewals: Reconnect with past clients to explore new financing opportunities and maintain long-term relationships.

You'll receive comprehensive training and a structured career development plan to develop your skills and become an expert in commercial finance brokerage. If you've got strong sales experience, preferably in B2B, and a passion for helping clients succeed, this role is for you.

About You

Proven success in outbound and inbound sales, ideally within a business-to-business environment.
A customer-focused, entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities to build trust and close deals.
Degree-educated preferred; minimum A-levels (or equivalent) essential.

Relocate to the East Midlands and commute to our client's state of the art offices from Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire. The offices are located close to the motorway so will still be able to get back home to visit friends/family.
