COMMERCIAL GAS ENGINEER/PLUMBER

Their experienced team of Gas Safe, NICEIC and OFTEC registered engineers prides itself on its ability to solve problems that others have failed to resolve and are confident that they will provide the most efficient and cost effective solution for their clients, no matter the size of your enquiry - from a single boiler repair, boiler replacement service, heating maintenance contract or a large industrial heating design project.
Our clients services include installation and repair works to gas and oil appliances or heating systems, one off or annual contracted service visits (including Landlord Gas Safety Certification), gas pipe work testing and purging, as well as electrical works associated with these systems. Periodic Testing & Inspections, electrical installations, additions and repairs.

Key Tasks

• Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations.
• Good all-round knowledge of electrical systems and controls.
• Carry out PPM, Reactive work, statutory compliance, and Call outs as appropriate.
• Undertake other duties, as may be reasonably required from time to time.

Key Skills/Experience/ Qualifications Required

• C&G Level 2/3 plumbing
• Domestic Gas CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, MET1, CPA1
• Commercial Gas CODNCO1, TCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1,
  Unvented hot water systems
• Full Driving Licence.
• Good Communicator, Organiser, Problem Solver.
• Works with Initiative and prioritising skills.

Desirable

• Commercial Catering COCATA1, COCATA 1-3
• 17th/18th Edition
• F-Gas Cat1

• Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
• Overtime available
• 1 in 4 callouts at �130
