Commercial Gas Engineer

The Company:

Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£90m

The Role:

Working across North London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Central London, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant ( direct fired, radiant tube, forced draught, condensing) in commercial offices and gyms. 

You will also maintain domestic boilers in a domestic environment. 
The Person:

It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having working in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets and ideally also domestic. 

The Salary:

DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is paid at 1.5

4%/4% pension
£19.80 / £21.63 + 23 days holiday + 4%/4% pension + O/T rates 

On £21.63 / hour

Salary based on 40 hour week £44,990 with all travel paid on top at x 1.5 (£32.45)

With an average of 30 minutes travel at the start and end of each day, this will equate to c£50,600.

With an average of 60 minutes travel at the start and end of each day, this will equate to c£60,000 on the hourly rate of £21.63.
