This role covers Aberdeen and the surrounding areas, providing maintenance, servicing, and repairs across a range of commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities:\n- Perform planned maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on a variety of commercial gas systems.
\n- Maintain and repair gas appliances, including boilers, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
\n- Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring strong relationships with clients.
\n- Accurately diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs efficiently.
\n- Complete electrical wiring of commercial boilers.
\n- Self-deliver smaller installations and upgrade works where required.
\n- Use handheld technology to update work records and job completion reports.
\n- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.

Person Specification:\n- Commercial GasSafe qualifications (COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum)
\n- Strong commercial gas maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience
\n- Ability to fault-find, test, and repair various systems, including boilers, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, batteries, and small power/lighting systems
\n- Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
\n- Extensive experience working within commercial environments
\n- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
