Commercial Gas Operations Manager

Position - Operations Manager - HVAC - The work is all temporary equipment within the commercial hire sector.

Salary - Basic salary - �55,000 and an excellent benefits package
Location - South of England. This will be a field based role with a significant portion of work inside the M25. Will also include the Home Counties down to Portsmouth.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a very successful HVAC rental company.
The role will be field based overseeing the operations across the South of England. You will be responsible for a team of service engineers as well as their supervisors.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position before and hold relevant commercial ACS qualifications. Having experience managing others and ensuring the day to day running of a busy team is essential.
Having experience of both employee and client management with the ability to maintain and develop relationships with key customers is a must.

The Role
The main purpose of the role is to oversee the engineers and be the face of the company for all communications with the client, using a proactive approach.
You will be overseeing the whole HVAC operations within the region including:

• Combustion / Gas
• HVAC

Qualifications
Commercial ACS Qualifications are essential for this role.

Package
Basic salary - �55,000, potentially up to �60,000 for the right candidate
