• Maintain regular client contact and develop strong relationships

• Achieve high retention rates (>90%) and new business conversion

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, preferably with SME or Corporate clients
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Acturis or similar broking systems
