Key Responsibilities:
\n Advising on a variety of IP matters, including copyright, trade marks and brand protection
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements involving IP and related rights
Supporting clients on advertising, marketing and consumer law compliance
Collaborating with colleagues across commercial, litigation and corporate teams on cross-disciplinary matters
