Job Description The Client: An innovative and rapidly growing fintech company, is looking to hire a 2-4PQE Commercial Lawyer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements. vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and customer terms and conditions. Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks, ensuring the company s operations align with legal requirements. Advise on corporate governance issues, including company policies, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions. Provide general legal support to senior stakeholders in various departments, including product development, marketing, and human resources, ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will bea 1-6 PQE Commercial lawyer, preferably with experience in a law firm, fintech or financial services firm. Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
