Job Description Commercial / Marketing Lawyer This leading luxury beauty brand now has an opportunity for a Marketing Lawyer to join the international legal team, based in Central London. The Opportunity The business now has a need for a commercial lawyer to join the business and take responsibility for a wide range of matters largely related to the marketing of their amazing products including digital marketing, sponsorship agreements, brand partnerships, influencer agreements, IP and consumer law matters. The work will be varied and as part of an international legal team, you will work directly with lots of areas of the business; you will have the opportunity to establish strong relationships and truly partner with the business, supporting this amazing brand in its growth of market share in highly competitive environment. The brand is growing globally along with the legal team and as a result, this is truly a key role for the business. About You The role will best suit a commercial, marketing or TMT lawyer who enjoys variety as well as working with brands. Experience with marketing law and consumer regulations is key, along with an understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing, sponsorships and IP is also essential. The ability to work with a global brand is also key, along with the ability to establish relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across a global business.
