Commercial Lawyer

One of our customers is looking for a Commercial Lawyer with a Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices background for a 6 months contract role in the UK.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer for a 6-month contract role. This role is crucial in providing expert legal support across various jurisdictions within the EMEA region, with a particular focus on Israel, Turkey, and the Middle Eastern markets.Key Responsibilities:Offer comprehensive legal support and guidance within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.Utilize your experience in competition law to address and resolve relevant legal issues.Assume primary responsibility for legal matters pertaining to Israel, Turkey, and other Middle Eastern markets, applying a pragmatic and common-sense approach.Provide legal cover and advice to other jurisdictions within the EMEA region as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.Strong background in competition law.UK qualified lawyerAbout Elevate Elevate provides consulting, technology and services to law departments and law firms across the globe.
